I remember on 90s baby you talked about alternatives investments into farms/crop yields etc.. would you be able to expand on alternative investments opportunities, returns, risks, best platform to do this on etc.

Taking advantage of buying ex-local homes for those who are tenants. With the discount local authorities give it’s almost pretty much 99% guaranteed long term profits from the minute you purchase. In some cases you can use the discount to act as the deposit. Great affordable option especially for 1st time buyers.
